Ronnie Hines is a former IRS Agent and former California Franchise Tax Board Agent with nearly two decades of combined federal and state tax experience. She spent 7½ years with the California Franchise Tax Board and more than 11 years working within the IRS as both an Auditor and Appeals Officer, where she handled complex tax matters and settled cases before the United States Tax Court.
Today, Ronnie uses her insider knowledge of both federal and state tax systems to help individuals and business owners legally reduce taxes, resolve tax debt, and navigate challenging IRS situations with confidence. She specializes in tax strategy, tax preparation, and tax-debt resolution, helping clients achieve fast and effective solutions when timing is critical.
Her unique experience on both sides of the tax system allows her to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively with taxing authorities, and create personalized strategies designed to protect her clients' financial future.
Meet Sullivan
Michael D. Sullivan is a former IRS Agent and nationally recognized tax resolution expert with more than three decades of experience helping individuals and businesses solve complex tax problems.
During his 10-year career with the Internal Revenue Service, he worked as an IRS Revenue Officer and Agent, specializing in Offer in Compromise cases, large-dollar tax matters, and taxpayer negotiations.
After leaving the IRS, Sullivan dedicated his career to helping taxpayers navigate IRS disputes, reduce tax burdens, and develop effective tax strategies. He has trained IRS personnel, served as a teaching instructor, and has appeared as a tax commentator on major media outlets including Fox Business, ABC, Newsmax, and other national news programs.
Today, Sullivan leverages his insider knowledge of IRS procedures to help clients legally minimize taxes, resolve tax debt issues, and protect their financial future with confidence.
